On the evening of the 21st May, our lives changed forever leaving the most unimaginable pain and heartache.

Jake was adored by everyone who knew him. The best Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew, Cousin and friend. He brightened the room with his infectious smile and beautiful blue eyes.

He was cheeky, and caring, he looked after everyone he knew and loved so deeply. The kindest, most gentle boy who will be forever loved and missed.

The sudden, and unexpected passing of Jake has left a massive void in so many people’s lives. He was one of a kind.

Our job now, is to look after Jakes family, just like he did. Money raised will be put towards giving Jake the send off and memorial he deserves and support the family in navigating this difficult journey in his memory.
