Memorial for Jake Edward Young

Jake passed away suddenly in a car accident on November 1st. He was doing what he loved, going on a road to visit friends. Jake made stops along the way to skate and take in nature. His family is asking for donations in his memory and to help with the funeral home expenses. We are all devastated and will remember all the good times we have had with our Jake. Thank you for all the support and love during this unimaginable tragedy.
