Ive set up this fundraising page to help Jake bleases family raise some money to help towards his funeral, and to give Jake the send off he deserves, anyone that could help and reach out to his family and friends, in this difficult time would be a huge huge help, Jake was a kind and loving brother and wonderful son and with a heart of gold to all of his friends a best friend to us all, a well known face of everywhere he went, so let’s give him one big send off he deserves !.
