Jake Biernacki, the kindest soul I ever knew, passed away Tuesday morning June 13th, 2017 from an enlarged heart. This is a huge shock to his family and friends. I know so many people truly cared for him.

Jake's wishes were to be cremated so this is a fund to help his family with finances for that, and for a 1 or 2 day viewing. His family doesn't have much. Please donate if you can. Anything will help. Thank you so much.
