Tikva's core mission is providing a warm, compassionate home, essential social services and a quality Jewish and secular education while revitalizing the city's growing Jewish community. In addition, Tikva provides its children with the opportunity for a brighter future through university education in Odessa and immigration to Israel, where Tikva continues its educational and supportive services.
