Jake Augustin’s Memorial Fund

Hi, my name is Kelli Eastwood. I am coordinating this for my sister in law as she navigates the extraordinary loss of her husband (my brother) with three young children. Our hope is that this fund can provide her and the boys with the necessary means to truly celebrate Jake in the months to come. It would be nice for them not to have to worry.
