Jake died unexpectedly on January 21, 2022. Jake was an essential part of our family. Jake had a huge heart, and he was one of the best huggers around. Being Jacobs Aunt, we spent a lot of time together when he was younger. He loved playing sports and hanging out with my sons and their friends. We want to give Jake the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and to say our last goodbyes. I am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Jake's funeral to make this a little easier on his family and loved ones.
