Tragically on December 2nd 2021, Jake passed away unexpectedly at just 15 years old, leaving behind an unprepared and devastated family. Jake was a funny, caring, sweet boy that is loved and missed by many. Any donation to help Jake's family with the cost of his final expenses will be helpful beyond words.
