- My name is Catrina Cathey, with a heavy heart I am reaching out to ask for help and support with my son Jakayvin Jones's final expenses. On 9/24/25 at just 22 my son's life/future was tragically cut short by gun violence. Nothing could have prepared me for this, especially financially. And with both of my parents being deceased and my son's Pauper Burial application unfortunately being denied. I'm basically alone to figure things out.
- BURYING A CHILD IS ALREADY BY FAR THE HARDEST THING ANY MOTHER WILL EVER HAVE TO DO. BUT, NOT BEING ABLE TO IS A DIFFERENT TYPE OF PAIN. Just knowing my baby's body has been at the morgue since September is killing me. My last option is this GoFundMe.
