Please Help Support Jai Hita ❤️

Jai was involved in a devastating electrical accident on a railway line in dysart, suffering burns to approximately 65% of his body and life-changing injuries.

Sadly, due to the severity of his injuries, his left leg has now been amputated. He has also suffered extensive burns across his body, and the damage to his right arm is severe. He will require significant removal of damaged muscle and tissue, and at this stage, the extent of what this will mean for the future of his right arm remains unknown.

Jai still has an incredibly long and uncertain road ahead of him. His recovery will involve ongoing surgeries, specialist treatment, rehabilitation and learning to adjust to life after injuries that will change so much for him and his family.

We have created this GoFundMe to help take some of that pressure away. Any money raised will go towards the expenses that come with having a loved one receiving treatment so far from home, including accommodation, travel, meals, time away from work and the many unexpected costs that will arise throughout Jai’s treatment and recovery.

At this stage, nobody knows exactly what the weeks and months ahead will look like. What we do know is that Jai and his family are going to need an enormous amount of love and support around them.
