Hello my name is Alex and I'm Steven/Jay's cousin.

I unfortunately was provided devastating news that my dear cousin passed away on Monday afternoon.

If any of you knew Jay, you knew what type of man he was...

His smile lit up the room, his positive energy was contagious. The man always looked at the bright side of life. Even as my younger cousin his ambitious attitude and positive outlook on everything made me look up to him. He is going be missed dearly, it's difficult even writing this as it feels surreal.

I kindly ask that you please assist my aunt and uncle with anything you can also please include any good memories you have of Jay to keep his spirit alive.

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. This one has been quite difficult.
