Hello all! I’m not good at things like this, but my family needs immediate help!!

 

My name is Rikki, and I am fundraising for our baby boy, Jaimesen. Jaime was born two months early on February 29, 2020 during COVID, weighing only 3 lbs 9oz. At just 4 days old his weight went down to 2 lbs 12oz. He spent seven agonizing weeks in the NICU at Odessa Regional Medical Center. Since his arrival, we have been battling numerous health issues, including gastrointestinal problems. This past year we have been traveling from Midland to Cooks Childrens Medical Center in Fort Worth for many tests. We have now scheduled a procedure which will hopefully give us some much needed answers and relieve him of his painful symptoms. His procedure has been scheduled for December 9, 2021.  Unfortunately we have just learned that after insurance, it will cost us $6,500 out of pocket. This doesn’t include food, gas, and lodging. Our family has been helping us throughout this entire ordeal, but it has now become a strain on them as well.

 

I know this is a hard time of year for everyone so anything is greatly appreciated! God has BLESSED us with an amazing, fun loving, tough, and resilient baby boy! We pray that once this is all over he will be able to THRIVE pain free!
