My name is Aime Munoz and I created this GoFundMe to hopefully help ease some financial burden for my brother and his family. Jaime Maldonado, my big brother, has suffered from Refractory ventricular tachycardia for many years now and recently his condition worsened. He has worn an implantable defibrillator but his condition proved to be too much for even that. After years of living with this, a straight month in the hospital and having his poor heart shocked too many times to ever be ok with the doctors decided on a heart transplant. After only 2 days on the list my brother's 2nd chance became real and he underwent a heart transplant. Jaime is now home and facing a long hard road but a road none the less and we are thankful. I want to ask on behalf of Jaime and Sherry for your help, any help that could possibly lessen this financial beast that is the cost of this 2nd chance. Multiple ER visits, the extended ICU stays, the transplant, the forever meds and of course he's unable to work for a while, all this on top of the mental catastrophe that has taken place in his family.  My family would appreciate any help that should come their way and I personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading this.
