In Loving Memory of Jaime

My sister Jaime Lacore unexpectedly went into cardiac arrest on 2-19-16 at the age of 39. She has been in a coma for 6 days. After extensive testing the doctor's diagnosis is that my sister is brain dead. She has two children. We are asking for help to pay for her funeral costs and donations for her son and daughter.
