Jaiden Shehata’s Memorial

On the morning of 23/01/25, our lives were shattered when 11-year old Jaiden Shehata tragically lost his life whilst crossing the Bourne View Level Crossing in Kenley on the way to his school, Riddlesdown Collegiate. He was a bright, loving young boy whose infectious smile and kind heart touched the lives of everyone who knew him. 

We have set up this GoFundMe to raise funds to support Jaiden’s family. These funds will go towards funeral costs and other associated costs to support his parents and brothers at this difficult time, and to ease the financial strain on the family. 

We know that many of you have already donated generously to the Riddlesdown fundraiser for a memorial seating area to be built at the school; this fundraiser is separate to that and is specifically to provide support to Jaiden’s family. We really appreciate your continued generosity.
