Jaiden Johnson's Hidden Treasure Re-Enrollment
Donation protected
Our 11-year old daughter, Jaiden, has been a student at Hidden Treasure Christian School (www.hiddentreasure.org) for the past three years where she has greatly benefited from the specialized care and support she has received from her teachers in their unique learning environment. Jaiden has grown TREMENDOUSLY since she first started at Hidden Treasure Christian School. She was labeled as: incapable of gross and fine motor skills, verbal articulation. Communication skills all around, focus, and so on, by the public school system. But at Hidden Treasures she was give opportunity, challenged and loved. From that she was capable of doing anything she put her mind to!

For nearly 40 years, Hidden Treasure Christian School has been providing quality special education instruction to children with a wide range of physical, mental, emotional, developmental and learning disabilities. They strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment where young people understand their purpose of glorifying God and are given the opportunity to develop their God-given potential.
Due to their low teacher to student ratio, as well as the unique requirements of the schooling environment, the yearly tuition per student is presently $20,500. For most families this financial need is met through a combination of three sources:
- Parent/guardian payments
- Direct scholarships made possible by the school’s generous donors
- External scholarship support from Exceptional SC
(South Carolina’s only exceptional needs scholarship organization)
Due to unforeseen recent circumstances, primarily the impact of the COVID-19 crisis, the Exceptional SC scholarship program is currently suspended. Hidden Treasure is reaching out to its supporters and donors in an effort to further boost the school’s own scholarship resources, however, it is anticipated that an additional financial burden of $5,000 - $10,000 will be felt by most families.
It is our strong desire to keep Jaiden enrolled at Hidden Treasure for the coming school year, however, due to these recent events, our family needs to raise at least $10,000 for this year’s tuition cost.
It would be greatly appreciated if you were willing to donate toward our family’s need and help Jaiden continue his schooling at Hidden Treasure. All donations received will be invested directly in his ongoing special needs educational efforts.
Thank you.
