Don protégé
Our beloved 16-year-old Jahaz Phillips was tragically shot, killed & carelessly left on March 21st on the I-5 in Seattle WA. His life was shortened alongside his best friend who was taken as well at the expense of gun violence. Jahaz was beyond smart, & charismatic he loved everyone & everyone loved him. His peers gravitated towards him as his positive energy & humor was admirable. As we are still mourning the loss of his mother Deloris Cain whom we lost in December of 2020 now, We are left to bury her last son to rest at just 16 years old. He was a brother, a son, an uncle & great uncle.
We want so desperately to give him a proper homegoing & lay him to rest with his mother. As funerals are expensive our family is in need of help with the expenses. I am devastated as any family member would be & we greatly appreciate all the help from everyone as well as the prayers in this time of bereavement.
