Magano Neri, Una Mouton-Smith and supporters of the U14 Team of Julinho Athletic Football Club (JAFC), that will travel to Europe to participate in two prestigious tournaments in Europe - Gothia Cup in Gothenburg, Sweden, and Dana Cup in Hjørring, Denmark, will participate in various running events, starting with the Two Oceans Half Marathon in Cape Town, South Africa on 06 April 2025, to raise funds for the team, draw attention to the youth soccer tournament, the goals of the children, and the unique impact this travel opportunity will have on them.

The dates of the tournaments:

 Gothia Cup - July 13-19, 2025 - Gothenburg, Sweden

 Dana Cup - July 21-26, 2025 - Hjørring, Denmark

JAFC's vision is to produce the best football players in Namibia while also focusing on education. The club plans to create co-ed football academies in major towns of Namibia.

Club history:

JAFC was formed by the merger of Julinho Sporting FC, Girls and Goals FC, and Athletic Club Football Academy. The club's chairperson is Miguel Hamutenya.

JAFC is grateful for the support of our fans, sponsors, partners, players, staff, management, and medical team.

The funds will support the travel costs of 18 children and 3 coaches from JAFC.

As parents, we recognize that not all children have equal means to fund a trip of this nature. By raising funds for the travel costs, our principal goal is to create an equal opportunity for all the boys to participate, so that no one gets left behind and they travel together as a team. Our wish is to dedicate our running journeys to the children’s Europe tour.
