Hello, I'm Jae, a trans woman living in Manchester and I need your help. The cost of certain surgeries I need to feel affirmed in my gender, are not supported by the NHS and are too high for me to afford alone. The weight of dysphoria that comes without me having the surgery I need is almost intolerable.
