Jaelyn's Road To Nationals!!!

For the past 5 yrs, my daughter Jaelyn has participated in the Connecticut Invention Convention and this year her invention was chosen to go to Nationals out of 17000 entrants. This is an invitation-only event in Dearborn Michigan May 31 – June 2, 2018. We would love to get her there!! Costs to attend the conference for her and one parent is going to be:
1) Registration fee for inventor is $300
2) Registration fee is $350 for guardian/parent. 
3) Flight costs are looking to be around $450 each for round trip.
4) Lodging is $148 per night * 3 nights (possibly 4 based on flights). 
We are trying to raise all funds by May 25 in order to get the best rates possible for airfare and etc. The funds are greatly needed to support her invention to  make it to the finals for travel and logging cost.  She is having a Paint  Night locally for support to raise money to go to the Nationals too. She is  very excited to experience this once in a lifetime opportunity and can't wait to attend.  Any donation to help reach the goal of 5000 dollars will make a difference and we gratefully appreciate it.  Any additional funds will be use towards getting a patent and lawyer fees.
