Jade's Transition Assistance Fund

Hello everyone!

My name is Jade, I'm a 29 year-old transwoman from small-town Vermont, currently living in Salem, MA. I am a professional baker, a snowboard & longboard enthusiast, and a mom to a cat with too many toes.

I am looking for any financial assistance to help fund the next stage in my transition. I've been on hormone replacement therapy for 4 years, I have legally changed my name - the next step is my physical transition. Prior to the pandemic, I was on track to fund this step myself. Unfortunately, as many understand, working in the food service industry through Covid has shaken my sense of financial security. Significantly reduced / uncertain hours, plus changing jobs after enduring blatant workplace discrimination, has all made it incredibly difficult to save up as planned.
