Jadee’s end stage heart failure battle.
Donation protected
Hey yal’ it’s Jadee.
For those of you that have been keeping up with my journey and sending prayers, I appreciate you all to the fullest, for those of you that are new let me introduce my self again and explain more about my medical and what your donation would go towards.
My names Jadee neve, I’m 27 years young. I have one AMAZINGLY RESILIENT daughter Josslynn and one cute old lady doggy Elsa Mae.
I have end stage heart failure along with an aggressive heart infection that is progressively getting worse. Recently in February the infection in my heart had spread to my blood stream causing me to go in to septic shock, nearly taking my life. Thanks to Sanford hospital in Sioux Falls they made the best decision and air lifted me out to Mayo Clinic,Rochester Minnesota.
I was on the transplant list already for a new heart but with me crashing And getting worst my team at Mayo pushed to get me higher up on the top of the list in hopes to save my life and get me a new heart faster. After doing all of the necessary evaluations ,we discovered my antibodies (what fights off foreign objects in the body)were even more extremely high than we initially thought. In order to try to get this heart I needed so bad to have more time with my daughter, I had to do chemotherapy injections and PLEX (plasma pheresis) as these two treatments are known to substantially lower a persons antibodies.
So I did 5 rounds chemo injections and 4 rounds of PLEX before the doctors sat me down and told me my antibodies just werent lowering the way they needed too and that they exercised all the options they had to try to get me a new heart.
That Friday they stopped all treatment. They gave me a life prognosis of 3-5months to live before the infection will spread to my whole body and take over.
The doctors and nurses tried to push for hospice.. after talking everything through with my family we all agreeed that hospice didn’t feel “JADEE like” inturn the best option as I feel I’m a little too fabulous for that is to have me be as comfortable as I can at home around my
daughter, doggy, family and friends. Our biggest mission is to simply just LIVE LIFE, until my god calls me home. As I’m a firm believer that my lord makes the final say, not a doctor or nurse but he who is the righteous one.
My world has been flipped upside down since getting the news but I live not to dwell on the things I can’t control, but live life to the fullest with no regrets and Remain strong for my babygirl.
Never did I think in my 20s-would I be going through half of this with a daughter.
So everyone’s donations are going towards getting caught back up on bills as I’ve been in the hospital for over 2.5 months and as we all know bills don’t stop for anyone …the donations will also help support a end of life trip with my beautiful and so strong of a daughter Josslynn. I’m planning for Ketchikan , Alaska so we can watch our favorite orcas sighting -something we been talking about for years.
#1 goal is to create as many memories to fill her “memories with mommy book.”
Thank you for all your thoughts, prayers and kind words they mean everything. ❤️
5 cents. 5 dollars or 5 hundred it doesn’t matter the amount , everything will help, even just a prayer is worth a lot to me.
**EDIT after a lot of messages from loved ones and supporter they said I needed to up the amount as go fund me takes a percentage of the money donated (new to this) so I raised it a little more to get the full amount. Thank you for everything everyone❤️
