Jade Vohland: Traumatic Brain Injury Support

On October 9, 2020, Jade suffered a Traumatic Head Injury (TBI) after she went down with a horse she was riding. Jade was wearing a helmet but she hit her head and was unconscious. Jade suffered a brain bleed and was in ICU until Monday. She is still being treated at the hospital and will be moving to Rehab in the future. Jade will need ongoing Physical and Occupational Therapy to help with her recovery. Jade has a long road ahead of her and is in the early stages of recovery. Jade is tough and with the help of her family and friends she will pull through these tough times

For those of you who do not know, Jade, she is a kind, beautiful, fun-loving nineteen-year-old from the Sacramento, California area. Jade has a passion for riding horses with a current focus on dressage.  Jade is close with her father, brother and grandmother. She has a Mini-Dachshund names Aspen, who is her baby boy.

Due to Jade’s injuries she will not be unable to work for the foreseeable future. Jade currently has medical insurance to help cover her extended extensive and medical care however there are other medical expenses, rehabilitation and other unforeseeable bills that will need to be paid.  I am asking your help and consideration in helping Jade and her family cover these expenses.

The monies raised by you, will be routed directly to Jade’s grandmother, Barbara Vohland on Jade’s behalf. Thank you again, keep Jade in your prayer’s and thoughts.
