On Friday evening June 7th my sister who is 8 weeks pregnant was faced with the unimaginable reality of her fiancé, father of her unborn child, and future step father of her 3 year old daughter passing away in a tragic car accident on the way home from work.
David was not just her fiancé but her rock, her best friend, and the cornerstone of the beautiful life they were building together. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him knew that nothing was more important to him than his family, and he looked forward to the day they would welcome their new baby, his first biological child into this world.
Now, my sister is left to navigate this overwhelming and uncertain time on her own, facing the immense challenge of moving forward without the man she deeply loved. As she grieves this profound loss and prepares for the arrival of their baby, she needs all the support she can get.
