Jade & Fleur - The Road To Recovery
As many of you know Jade and her precious daughter Fleur were involved in a horrific car accident on Sunday. But with thanks to passing off-duty firemen, they are still here with us.
Their injuries are severe, resulting in them being treated in different hospitals. Jade in Exeter and Fleur in Bristols children’s hospital. Which for any mum is your worst nightmare, and has left Jade very distressed. Luckily little Fleur’s Daddy has been with her. A devoted Dad who hasn’t left her side. The tender loving care he’s shown has given Jade some peace while she lay helpless in a hospital bed.
Those who know Jade will know what an amazing person she is. Kind, caring and beautiful inside and out. Who would do anything for you, whether your friend, client or family.
The last 18 months have been tough and have hit the beauty industry hard. On top of that being self-employed, there has been little financial support. But still, Jade battled through and used that time to help others, checking in and offering emotional support.
I’ve been asked by many people if there was anything they could do to help. So with the approval of the families, we have agreed that all we can do is support Brad, Jade, and Fleur financially.
Jade is a tough cookie and would be far too proud to seek help. But imagine all the cards she will get. Couldn’t we put those few pounds together and do something amazing to help amazing people? We could do a bit to start them on the long road to recovery and building their lives back together.
At this stage, we have no idea what the future holds and how long the road to recovery will be. With more surgeries already talked about for Fleur in Bristol, the logistics for the families and financial burden will be a worry. The mounting costs of travel, hotels food, and loss of income will be a huge burden maybe we all could help with.
Wouldn’t it be nice for them to have 1 less worry in these terrible times?
