Jad T. Blair (the body found in New Town pond)

Hi, my name is Carmen Blair and my son, Jad Tyler Blair's body was found on Jan 25th, 2023 in a pond off the 5000 block of Olive Dr. In New Town.

I do not have any insurance on my son, so I am asking for the community's help. Jad was raised here in Upper York County and graduated in 2019 from Bruton High School. He was only 21 years old. His body is still at the coroner's office in Norfolk, Virginia, and I will announce the date of his funeral as soon as I receive his remains. Please help. Any extra funds will be used to pay for representation and preparation for a fight to change our mental health laws which are outdated and need revision. Thank you.
