Jacy Strong

To the shock of everyone in her life, Jacy has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Jacy has stopped chemotherapy, and will begin a local medical trial. Husband, Ken, has and will miss a lot of work to be with Jacy during these treatments. Jacy and Ken also have two sons, Caden and Carson, who are currently in school, 10th and 7th grade, and will have to continue on at home to get through the school year. I have set up this gofundme to hopefully give back to Jacy a little bit of what she has given to each of us. Since I have met Jacy, I have come to know her as the type of person who, when in their presence, you truly matter to them. Jacy truly has invested her heart in each friend, student, and basically any person she has a conversation with. Though, this is a cruel and untimely diagnosis, Jacy has not letting it dim her light, but she does need our support. I have set the goal of $30,000. If that seems like a lot to you, please consider that Mighty Cause estimates the initial eight week chemotherapy treatment at $30,000, and Jacy has already completed that treatment and then some. By donating to this cause we can help out with gas purchases for travel, take out food, and so much more. We all know even missing one day of work can hurt, what about three or four? What about both spouses missing? What about a few weeks? A month? More? However long it takes? Please do what you can.
