Jacy Rose Dean was an amazing soul who touched countless lives with her optimism, radiant smile, and giving heart. Even as she faced her own struggles, Jacy never wanted to be seen as sick—she greeted every challenge with courage and a smile, inspiring everyone around her. Her love for life was matched only by her passion for sports and her deep affection for animals, which she cherished above all else. Jacy's strength and generosity shone brightest during her toughest days. She would walk into her appointments with a smile, determined to lift others up even when she wasn't feeling her best. Her unwavering spirit and desire to give to others, despite her own hardships, left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. Though we ran out of time to see all she wanted to give while she was here, her legacy of kindness and hope lives on. In honor of Jacy, we are establishing the Jacy Rose Dean Memorial Scholarship Fund. This scholarship will support student athletes who embody Jacy's love for life, passion for their sport, and compassion for animals. Funds raised will go directly to the schools that recipients will attend, helping with tuition, supplies, or on-campus housing. Our goal is to help as many students as possible fulfill their dreams of attending a four-year college and continuing their athletic journeys. We hope to continue this scholarship every year, but we can only do so with the help and support of those who loved Jacy and believe in her legacy. We appreciate and love everyone for their help in honoring our beloved Jacy Rose Dean—our 'Baby Face Assassin #7.' Thank you for keeping her spirit alive and supporting future generations of student athletes.
