Hello, my name is Jose Sergio Mejorado III. I am the brother of Jacqueline Torres Espinoza. My family and I are very lost for words for this tragic event that just happened to us. For anyone that knew my sister, knew she was a very outgoing person who loved to have fun and make people smile.
