Support Jacqueline, a Full-Time Minister in Mexico, Recover from Spinal Injury and Accident

Hi, my name is Jacqueline. I serve as a full-time minister in Mexico, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the most difficult seasons.

In February, while caring for my mom after she fell and broke her hip, I suffered a spinal injury. I herniated multiple discs. That injury worsened in March when I had a fall myself and fractured my coccyx last month. Most recently, I was involved in an automobile accident, which has only intensified the pain and physical strain.

Despite everything, I’ve continued to work as best as I can—showing up to teach, staying the course, and remaining faithful to the work God has entrusted to me. But now, I must pause. I need to take time to care for myself so I can heal and continue to serve from a place of strength and wholeness.

Right now, I’m in constant pain and need urgent medical testing—including an MRI—to determine the full extent of my spinal injuries and whether surgery is necessary. Unfortunately, I do not qualify for health insurance in Mexico due to my medical history with cancer. As a full-time minister earning only minimal pay, I simply can’t afford the unexpected medical and accident-related costs on my own. The funds I had saved were used to take time off to help my mother recover after her injury.

I’m hoping to raise funds to help cover:

• MRI and diagnostic testing

• Consultations with specialists

• Possible spinal surgery

• Pain management and physical therapy

• Accident-related expenses

• Transportation to and from appointments
