Jacqueline Lockhart Bardsley Memorial Fund

Jackie was an amazing woman who loved her family, friends, arts, teaching, and words. It shows in her poetry, large collection of treasured letters, and vast personal library. We hope to keep her memory alive by sponsoring  poetry prizes and scholarships in her honor.  The money given to this fund will go that end. 

Our first endowment will be to the Ina Coolbrith Circle (http://www.coolpoetry.org/) to fund a poetry prize in her name.  Their organization and prizes encouraged her writing and we hope to pass that encouragement and recognition on to other writers.
