We are reaching out to ask for your support in helping cover medical expenses related to Jacqueline and Maria’s upcoming kidney transplant surgery.

In May 2023, Jacqueline—just 25 years old—suffered sudden kidney failure and has since been undergoing dialysis five times a week. She was placed on the Kidney Transplant waiting list, but the outlook was uncertain. Thankfully, her sister Maria, with the support of Jacqueline’s husband, Moises Ibarra, stepped forward and began the process to become her donor.

After a long and challenging journey filled with tests, procedures, and hope, Maria has been officially cleared to donate. The transplant surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

While insurance will cover most of the medical costs, there are still expenses that remain uncovered. In addition, Maria will need time to recover from surgery and will be unable to work during that period, making financial support for her living expenses essential.
