I am a single father who was diagnosed with end stage renal failure 5 years ago.  I am on the transplant list and awaiting a kidney transplant. I have a fantastic daughter who I have full custody of. Because I am so sick, I am in and out of the hospital frequently.  I had to recently stop working at my job because of how physically taxing it was on my health.  This illness has taken a real toll on my family both financially and emotionally.  I have medical debt that is well in excess of 112000 and climbing!
