Jacobs 4th open heart surgery

Hi everyone! my sons name is Jacob. He was born with two very rare forms of a heart defect. (Tetralogy of Fallot & Pulmonary Atresia.) since the day he was born, he has had 3 open heart surgeries. one at birth, the second at 6 months old, and the 3rd when he was 6 years old. due to complications the doctors told us Jacob will have to have open heart surgery for the 4th time at 15years old on MAY 31st 2022. during these hard times with traveling back and forth to LA, the cost of staying in a hotel, food, living expenses, and me having to take months off of work during Jacobs recovery prayers and all donations will be greatly appreciated for my son. thank you to everyone! we love you Jacob - Mom & Dad
