Hi my name is Jen and I am fundraising for my son. Jacob was born with a cleft lip and had his lip repaired at the age of 5 months old. Everything has been going well until 3 months ago when we learned that his palate was involved. Jacob will be undergoing a bone graft coming from his hip and being put into his upper jaw. After the graft is healed he will need a fake tooth to be screwed into his new bone. We ask for your help with medical bills, physical therapy and dental bills for Jacob.
