Jacob's Medical and Recovery Fund

Kevin Jacob Wesley is one of a kind. I've been blessed to know him for a few years, but meeting some of his closest friends (Michelle and Cornelius) from Boston, it didn't take me long to realize just how special he is and the positive impact that he makes on the people he meets. 

Jake suffered a serious face trama last week when he crashed his bike on the way home from work. He was admitted to the trauma hospital in San Francisco and will remain there while he undergoes surgery to repair the 3 fractures that he sustained to his check and occipital bone. 

Any money raised through gofundme will go towards Jake's hospital bills. Knowing Jake, he will want to get right back into his daily routine of riding the city streets of SF and serving delicious wines and late night eats at Nopa, but his recovery will take time. Funds from gofundme will also assist in this time when Jake will be unable to work.  

Jake always puts others before himself, but in this time of recovery, he needs our help. Please send him your blessings, positive vibes and if possible, please contribute to his fund. Anything that you can provide will go a long way and will be greatly appreciated.
