Our brother, Jacob, needs our help!

Jacob St.Dennis is a 34 year old husband, father, son, and friend.

Jacob was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer a little over a year ago. Due to his youth and the advanced stage of his cancer, he was given an aggressive chemotherapy regimen. Unfortunately, the treatments did not do enough. Shortly after, his medical team found 20+ pulmonary nodules in his lungs that need to be tested for cancer as well, compounding his situation further. It was at this moment that we realized that we needed to turn to our brothers, sisters, and the community to rally around Jacob, and help him and his family weather this storm.

The funds you generously donate will go towards Jacob's ongoing cancer treatments, medical bills, and to cover for Jacob's unpaid leave from work.
