Help Celebrate Jacob’s Life

My names Jacob, about 2 years ago right before my 30th birthday I woke up with a golf ball size tumor in my neck. Took them six months to find out but it was stage 4 neck cancer named Adenocarcinoma. They put me on a year of chemo/radiation. They said "to start planning my will/funeral arrangements cause it was just a matter of time" but after a full year of pure Hell they said I was in full remission, start to get my life back together (back to work full time for 3 months)until they found a New tumor in my brain which took my left eye out. Since then it's been a pure shit show, physically and financially. We killed the tumor but the cancer came back, my work won't pay for my insurance while already in Horrible debt but the worst is how I can't get my teeth fixed without the right surgeon. There rotting and every minute is more pain ontop of my neck/nerve damage pain. They said it’s barely under control right now but it's gonna be off and on for the last few years of my life. This is incredibly embarrassing to write but I can admit when I need help.
