Anyone who knows Joe, knows how proud and important his family is to him. To honor Joe's memory, we have started this education fund to help his son (mini-me) Jacob continue his post-grad journey wherever his path leads him. Jacob is currently a Senior at TCU (Texas Christian University) in Fort Worth, TX., majoring in biology and working towards fulfilling his dream of becoming a doctor. Jacob has successfully completed the MCAT and is in the process of applying to medical school.
