Jacob Szemborski Surgery and Living Costs

My son, Jacob Szemborski, 28, is undergoing open heart surgery following an infection to his heart valves. Jake was born with a congenital heart defect, called Pulmonary Atresia. This will be his 5th OHS. Jacob lives with his fiance, Jenna, and their children Alayna, Jeremiah, and Hayden. They can use some help paying rent, food, and other expenses while he is off work for the next couple of months. Family will be paying the bulk of the medical expenses not covered by insurance.
