My name is Connie, and I am Jacob’s aunt. Writing this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Our family is facing a season we never imagined, yet we continue to place our trust in God, knowing He is near, faithful, and working even when the road feels uncertain.

Jacob is a fighter, and his story is one we are trusting God with every step of the way.

Over the past several months, Jacob has endured a medical journey that no person—or family—should ever have to face. What began as a serious medical issue quickly progressed into a series of life-threatening complications. Jacob has experienced multiple organ failure, including critical involvement of his kidneys and liver, requiring prolonged intensive care, dialysis, invasive procedures, and continuous medical intervention.

Through it all, we have witnessed God’s presence—carrying Jacob through moments that doctors once thought impossible. We firmly believe that God is our ultimate healer, and we continue to place our hope and trust in our Heavenly Father, even as we walk through uncertain days.

Despite aggressive treatment and tireless efforts by his medical team, Jacob’s condition remains extremely serious. His doctors have shared that his chances of survival are very limited, and while we continue to pray boldly for healing, we are also beginning to prepare for the possibility of hospice and comfort-focused care, should that become necessary. This preparation is not a loss of faith, but an act of love—trusting God with Jacob’s care, comfort, and peace in every outcome.

We are raising funds to help support:

• Ongoing medical expenses not fully covered by insurance

• Specialized treatments, care, and medical equipment

• Future hospice or comfort-focused care expenses, if that transition becomes necessary

We are walking this road holding tightly to our faith—believing in miracles, leaning on God’s promises, and asking Him to guide every decision made for Jacob. Your support allows our family to focus on loving Jacob well, advocating for his care, and surrounding him with peace, prayer, and comfort.
