Jacob Smith Memorial Fund

Hello everyone,  my name is Christina and I am raising money for my adopted grandson's funeral expenses as well as any other expenses that will come from his parents taking time off work as they say their goodbyes to their baby boy. Jacob, who turned 3 on November 9, 2019, succumbed to an asthma attack on May 11, 2020.  All donations will go directly to the family. Little Jacob leaves behind his mom and dad as well as an older brother and twin older sisters. Any help you can give to this family in the worst moments of their life would be greatly appreciated.
