Jacob Sepanek is From South Bend
Indiana He is a High School Graduate from Clay High School Class Of 2005!While Having Down Syndrome And other health issues Jacobs whole life has been a roller coaster of ups and downs but he has always kept  his uplifting and motivational attitude! Recently Jacobs fight has become to much for even a super hero like him! His Mother Karla has always been his caretaker never giving up or giving in even with sever health issues herself
. Hospice has now stepped in to help assist with his final days, they are now saying we have 6 months or less with our Superman! Anyone who knows him knows he has fought so hard for so long and it’s hard for us to see the defeat in him! His mother has already made the final arrangements and is now faced with the cost along with the heartache of having to say goodbye to her son! We are asking for donations to help with the cost of his memorial and to help Momma in anyway after! Jacob is a huge part in so many lives and has changed so many people’s outlook on life he is loved by so many! His family and his huge friend base is so grateful for all the fun times and the lasting memories that will forever be in our hearts! Your donations are greatly appreciated !
