Jacob Saulnier's Fight

Our son Jacob is a Senior at Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs Ga playing baseball for the Lions on a DII scholarship. After graduation this May he was planning on going into the Strength and Conditioning Field as a graduate assistant.  Last week we were hit with some gut-wrenching news as he was diagnosed with  Squamous cell carcinoma, which is a type of cancer that he has on his tongue. We are believing that God has a plan for our son and that Jacob will one day have a testimony of strength to share with others. 
 
Jacob will be having a 10-hour surgery March 11th at Shands in Gainesville and will have to start radiation shortly thereafter.  First and foremost we are asking for prayers for our family as this will be a difficult time for us.   Yet, we believe that God will be alongside us throughout our journey.  Any financial help will be much appreciated as we travel back and forth from the hospital and have numerous medical expenses ahead for our family for many,  many months.
