Hi, my name is Rita and I’m fundraising for Jacob’s family to help with funeral expenses.

Jacob unexpectedly passed away June 28th when he was involved in an accident riding a motorcycle in front of Merritville Speedway in Thorold. He was on his way home after an evening of wrenching on his new bike.

Jacob was a kind hearted, funny, and excited about life. He was passionate about riding and motorcycles, and wanted to become a motorcycle mechanic. He poured his heart and soul into his new bike which he was working on diligently every night at my house. I took him under my wing and myself and my friends helped him, but he did most of the work himself, asking for help when he needed it. He was proud of himself and we were all proud of him. Jacob loved becoming a part of the local motorcycle community, making new friends and riding with them.

With his family’s permission I am setting up this go-fund me account to help them with expenses.

Please give what you can. No one expects to bury their child at 16 years old, no one should have to.

Dates for memorial services and a memorial ride will be announced in the near future.
