Hello, my name is Adonis and I am setting up this Go Fund Me for our brother Jacob Phua. He is in the California State Guard and a wild land firefighter with Joint Task Force Rattlesnake / CalFire.

Jacob Phua got sick while working on a fire and due to the conditions of the fire, he ended up getting Valley Fever which is very tough to have and live with. He’s been off of work for over 3 months and he is not able to return to work due to his illness.

He also welcomed his first child into this world, while fighting Valley Fever. His daughter was born healthy and is a ray of sunshine in difficult time in his life. That being said, this Go Fund Me is to help Jacob get back on his feet and stay afloat. He is not only behind on bills and over due on other things, but the expenses for his daughter’s birth is in the thousands. Over due bills, rent, food for his family, formula, diapers, medicine, etc, all cost a lot in this expensive time and anything will help our brother Jacob.
