With full hearts and fond memories, we share that our beloved Jacob has gone home to be with the Lord. The brilliantly shining, wise and jovial Jacob transitioned shortly after pursuing one of his favourite pastimes – a workout. As Jacob shines down on his father Bradley Peters, mother Michele Jones, sisters Nevaeh Peters and Shayanne Beda , brother Branden Peters and Maureen Ramnath, we hold an unwavering love for him in our hearts.

As we come together to honor and celebrate Jacob's life, we invite you to share by contributing towards the upcoming service and burial arrangements.
