The sudden and unexpected loss of my brother Jacob Peralta has left my family
completely heartbroken and in disbelief. Jacob was a loving and giving person.
He had a big heart and would help anyone without a second thought. He was
a caring Father, Uncle, Brother, Cousin, Friend, and Son. Family and friendship
meant everything to him. He was the heart and soul of the party, always joking
around and laughing...... Living his life as he chose to. He was so loved by so many people! We are going to miss him.
I am so touched by all the people that have contacted my family and I asking
if there is anything they can do to help.
My family and I want to make sure Jacob gets the send off he deserves. To help
pay for funeral expenses, we are planning a plate sale and a memorial on his
behalf. I am also going to post my cashapp and paypal, for those that just want to
donate. Anything you are able to contribute to help pay for funeral expenses will
be greatly appreciated. All funds will be used to cover funeral home fees, Jacob's
casket, outfit, plot and headstone. Thank you in advance on behalf of my family

Crispy tacos rice and beans with a soda.
His memorial will be at Pearsal park 4838 Old Pearsal Rd. at the top of the hill.
