Hi my name is Gemma and kevin we are jacobs parents we are raising funds for our beautiful amazing strong boy has fought everything he possible can his condition nkh and unfortunately his gastronial dystonia is taken over and jacob is ready to go on his forever holiday with the help of claire house. Jacobs brother joel age 12 and Joseph age 2 are amazing to jacob we are trying to raise funds to make the little time we have bearable and to give jacob the most amazing celebration of life we can give him and show him how much we love him and the joy he has brought to us .
