Jacob Needs Back Surgery

Hi.

To start, Jacob Efimoff is one of the most genuine and sweetest person I’ve ever met.

For months and months (8 it seems) I have been watching this man struggle with pain like I’ve never seen. Doctors were unhelpful during this time until a couple of weeks ago when they finally gave him an MRI and found a bulging disc. Finally some idea of what’s happening.

It turns out Jacob needs back surgery, making him the youngest person I’ve ever known to need one.

The surgery was scheduled, but the surgeon has now informed him it will cost $3200 out of pocket. Needless to say if you’ve made it this far, he does not have $3200.

Thats where we, the community, comes to the rescue.

Everything helps.

Let’s get this man some relief after so much suffering.
